BollyFit transforms the traditional aerobics class by incorporating several Bollywood dance styles and steps to give you a workout while having fun! This full-body 1-hour workout allows you to focus on single muscle groups per class and combine them for a hard-hitting exercise!
In addition to Bollywood music, there will also be a few Tollywood, Hollywood, or Asian rhythms added. With the help of our experienced instructors, you'll tone your body and have fun!
