Is your busy lifestyle stressing you out? Free yourself from stress and experience lasting relief with yoga. With the guidance of your certified yoga instructor Pragya, you will learn how to safely get into the yoga practice to achieve lasting and evident results.
Sessions will include:
- Posture correction
- Problem-oriented approach to Hatha
- Flow/Vinyasa yoga breathing exercises
- Stress relief practices
Learning these techniques will allow you to do the practice at home or while at work. Yoga will help you keep up your energy levels while avoiding and healing up unnecessary strain both on your body and mind. This class is also helpful for back pain, frozen shoulder/neck, increasing flexibility, and core strength.
Each session takes 1 hour. Try out the class for 1 session, but 8 sessions are recommended to experience the full benefits of the practice.
* Students must wear comfortable clothes; wristbands and ankle supports are recommended for beginners (not mandatory)
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
15 and older
* Classes can be given at the instructor's home or at your premise
* If you wish to take the classes at the instructor's location, then you will get TWO free sessions if you booked 8 sessions
* You shouldn't practice yoga immediately after meals
