This pre-natal Pilates class is one of the best forms of exercises to do, both during and after pregnancy, its versatility means it can be adapted at any stage of pregnancy. It will help to increase your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles, thus supporting a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. This class will help keep up your energy levels and aid in maintaining a healthy body weight.
Open for all expecting moms exercise drills are customized to be safe and easy for pregnant women. For first-time moms trying out yoga, it is recommended that you begin on your second trimester (14 weeks) of pregnancy. Take 1 session as a trial but it is recommended that you attend at least 5 sessions to experience the benefits of the practice. Classes can be rebooked until desired results are achieved.
