In this 2-hour 1-on-1 masterclass, holistic chef Lana will guide you through the fundamental knife skills for effective cooking, all from the comfort of your home. You will learn how to properly hold your knife, sharpen it and set your cutting board, as well as an overview of the various types of knifes, their differences and specific purposes. - Rough Chop
- Regular Dice
- Fine Dice (Brunoise)
- Fine Strips
- Students must have their own knives and ingredients listed in grocery list provided. The instructor will bring back-up knives to explain the differences between them
