Good food and nutrition is vital for our physical and psychological wellbeing. There's no need to choose between health or deliciousness with this personal healthy cooking masterclass!

In this 3-hour 1-on-1 session, certified health coach and holistic chef Lana will teach best nutrition and dietary practices for overall health. This class also includes a 50-minute online coaching session before attending the session, where Lana will work with you to tailor the subjects to your specific requirements and goals. Participants can choose ONE of the following options:

  • Course 1 - Make 3 Immune-Boosting Dishes: Strengthen the immune system through delicious and nutrient-dense meals. Learn how to cook the dishes and also understand why and how the ingredients used will help give the protection you need, and ultimately learn to make better food choices for the future.

  • Course 2 - Meal Prep for the Week: The fundamental principles, tips and tricks of meal prepping for the week, all from the comfort of your home. You no longer have to rely on ordering out or snacking on all the wrong foods as you'll now have ready-to-go meals at yourfingertips that are both nutritious and delicious. End the session with a stocked up fridge and freezer for the week and achieve food independence.

  • Course 3 - Make 4 Vegan Dishes: Embark on a culinary journey through the many plant-based dishes that are packed with both nutrient-dense ingredients and plenty of flavor. No experience is required, as the recipes are super easy to whip up. The menu can also be customized for vegan cooking from other cuisines besides Middle Eastern.
