This yoga program is specially designed for women to ease their pregnancies or any hormonal changes they come across at any stage in life. If you are pregnant, experience hormonal imbalances, gynecological problems, or menstrual issues, you can experience a different kind of healing through yoga.
Certified yoga instructor Pragya will teach you with utmost care that you deserve. These private yoga sessions will focus on issues faced by:
- Expecting moms
- Moms in post-delivery
- Women dealing with issues like menstrual disorders
- Women dealing with moderate hormonal imbalances
- Postpartum for flexibility and shoulders or back pain
Sessions will include yin yoga, gentle restorative asanas and stretches, various meditation, cathartic and relaxation techniques. These practices will help you retain your positivity, energy levels, and make you feel rejuvenated the whole day!
Each session takes 1 hour, with a breakdown of 50 minutes of practice and 10 minutes of post-session discussion. Book 1 session to try it out or 5 sessions to enjoy the benefits of the practice and see the improvement in your body.
* Students must wear comfortable clothes; wristbands and ankle supports are recommended for beginners (not mandatory)
All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking

* Classes can be given at the instructor's home or at your premise
* If you wish to take the classes at the instructor's location, then you will get ONE free session if you booked 5 sessions
* You shouldn't practice yoga immediately after meals
