Swimming is one of the most popular exercises for a reason; all the benefits of exercise without sweat! Choose between 1, 3, and 6 sessions. Each private class lasts 55 minutes.
What you will learn:
- Beginners will learn the fundamentals of swimming such as how to breathe properly, float, kick, and different strokes. You will learn how to coordinate your movements to have a seamless swimming experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced swimmers will develop their freestyle and backstroke skills, plus learn the advanced stroke techniques. You also learn basic endurance and safety skills to be able to swim longer distances.
About your instructor:
Walid is a qualified swimming instructor with years of experience teaching kids and adults of all ages. He has American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) qualifications in level 4. He emphasizes technique and practicing the fundamentals to building a strong foundation for success, where swimmers can grow their best in a safe and supportive environment.
