If you want a break from your usual gym routine, try out boxing or high-intensity interval training to get strong and tone your whole body.
UBox and UHiiT fitness are aimed at developing strength, skill, fitness, and boxing capabilities. Expert coaches will guide you through a variety of moves, including footwork, body movement, punching, and more to help you master real boxing techniques and other exercises to get your heart rate up and burn calories fast.
You have the option to choose any one of the following:
- UBox Fitness: In addition to being a noncontact fitness activity, UBox is high intensity and designed to condition and develop the whole body. Some of the benefits of boxing include improved posture, endurance, alertness, and weight loss.
- UHiiT Fitness: UHiiT will offer you a full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio to help you tone and strengthen your body efficiently.
