Leidy Rubio

Leidy Rubio grew up in Bogota Colombia, started loving cooking, and found her passion in flavor creation and tasting.
She studied Gastronomy while working in restaurants, and at the age of 19 years and with a Gastronomy and Bartending Degree she discovered coffee. She works in the UAE as a Specialty Coffee Barista and has trained people as Baristas. Leidy love sharing her passion for flavors and coffee.
