Lana Nasser is part certified health coach and part holistic chef, who believes in helping her clients take their health back by making incremental lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. Her approach is not to focus on calories, carbs, fats or protein but rather on improving overall energy, nutrition, movement, mindset and spiritual connection. Her goal is to empower people to create healthy nourishing habits, balance their lives and live to their fullest potential.   

After being in the food industry for 20 years, during which she set up, managed and sold her own catering company in 2019, she decided to combine her IIN health coach certification with her passion for cooking and leading a wholesome lifestyle into a program called Cook ‘n Coach. The program is comprised of easy-to-whip recipes  that are unique to her clients and their families, meal prep ideas and food storage tips that make cooking feel like a piece of cake. It has not only improved the state of their physical and mental health, but has allowed them to connect better and be more aligned with their bodies. 

Lana's qualifications include: 

  • Culinary Diploma - Institute of Culinary Education in NYC   
  • IIN Certification - Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC  
  • Essentials of Hormonal Balance – UEXL Institute
