Get that athletic body you've always dreamed of with CrossFit!
Crossfit is a safe, high-intensity workout that can be used to achieve goals such as weight loss, improved health, and enhanced performance. It combines a variety of movements from gymnastics, lifting, and cardio exercises into a workout to improve one's conditioning and strength.
In this 45-minute private class, you will dive into the world of CrossFit with the support of a professional fitness coach. Your coach will take you through an intense workout program consisting of functional movements used on a daily basis, such as squats, pulling, pushing, etc. You will also learn two fundamental lifts: the back squat and the strict shoulder press. These movements will build strength in your upper and lower body and will help you get better at doing regular everyday movements.
You can choose to book 5 or 10 sessions depending on your ability and goals. Alternatively, you can book for 1 session to test out the class before committing to more sessions.
About the instructor:
Hayder is a Fitness Trainer with the Emirates Body Building & Fitness Federation. He has an extensive background in strength, CrossFit, speed, endurance, and personal training. He focuses on teaching proper form, posture, and balance to his clients, and helps them obtain positive behavior change and establish lifelong healthy habits.
