Karate is an exhilarating and empowering experience that combines physical fitness, self-defense and mental discipline.
This 12-hour (1 hour x 12 sessions) class is led by highly skilled instructors. Through a dynamic blend of karate forms, striking drills and partner exercises, students develop strength, flexibility and coordination. Your child will embark on a journey of personal growth, and have a transformative and rewarding experience.
