Kickboxing is a broad martial art discipline with a myriad of variations - each differing from the other in terms of rules, stances, and striking techniques.This class follows and trains in the Japanese Kickboxing style, incorporating techniques from related styles like Muay Thai and Savate. It's never too early or late to try this popular martial art and develop your body, discipline and confidence in this 12-hour group class (12 sessions x 1 hour).

All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking

- Participants must pay a one-time registration fee of 150 AED, which includes the kit
