Ayurveda has taught us that restoring harmony comes from aligning with nature’s rhythms - through the food we eat, the herbs we use, and the way we live each day. 

Through our own personal journeys, Kanupriya and Maria have come to understand that diet and lifestyle aren’t one-size-fits-all. Each of us has a unique body type, and what we eat should support our individual balance.

My Journey to Healing and Holistic Living 
Despite being a yoga teacher and a vegan, I underwent two surgeries for endometriosis, I realized that true healing is not in trending diets on nor from medical interventions as I was a guinea pig to testing new birth controls. The pain and symptoms persisted, leaving me searching for a deeper, more lasting solution. That’s when I discovered Ayurveda—a path that completely transformed my life. By making a profound lifestyle change and embracing Ayurvedic principles, I was able to reverse my condition naturally. This experience was so powerful that it inspired me to dive even deeper into Ayurveda, eventually leading me to pursue a master’s degree in the field. Now, my mission is to help others achieve the same balance, healing, and vitality that I found. Through holistic practices, I guide people on their own journeys toward true well-being, empowering them to take control of their health—just as I did."
