Keep your kids healthy as they learn to make nutritious immune-boosting food in this personal masterclass!


In this 3-hour 1-on-1 session, holistic chef Lana will guide your child through their healthy eating journey. Your child will also have a 50-minute online coaching session before taking the class, where Lana will work with them and tailor the subjects to their specific requirements and goals. They can choose ONE of the following options:

  • Course 1 - Meal Prep for the Week: The fundamental principles, tips and tricks of meal prepping for the week, all from the comfort of your home. Your kids or teens no longer have to rely on ordering out or snacking on all the wrong foods as they'll now have ready-to-go meals at their fingertips that are both nutritious and delicious. They will end the session with a stocked up fridge and freezer for the week.

  • Course 2 - Make 3 Immune-Boosting Dishes: Strengthen your child's immune system through delicious and nutrient-dense meals. They will not only learn how to cook the dishes but understand why and how the ingredients used will help give them the protection they need, and ultimately learn to make better food choices for the future.

  • Course 3 - Vegetarian 3-Course Meal (can be made Vegan upon request): Take your kids on a culinary journey through the many plant-based dishes that are packed with both nutrient-dense ingredients and plenty of flavor. No experience is required, as the recipes are super easy to whip up. The menu can also be customized for vegetarian cooking from other cuisines besides Middle Eastern.
