In this 3-hour 1-on-1 session, holistic chef Lana will teach you how to strengthen your immune system through delicious and nutrient-dense meals. You will not only learn how to cook the dishes but understand why and how the ingredients used will help give you the protection that you need, and ultimately learn to make better food choices for the future.
You will also have a 50-minute online coaching session before taking the class, where Lana will work with you to tailor the subjects to your specific requirements and goals.
You can choose to make THREE of the following dishes:
- Roasted Coconut Turmeric Chicken
- Dhal Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
- Soba Noodle Vegetable Stir Fry
- Steamed Ginger Soy Fish
- Miso and Honey Braised Lamb & Barley
- Miso Salmon with Broccoli Rice
- Baked Salmon w/ miso sesame panko crust
- Coconut Veggie Curry w/ Brown Rice
- Green Goddess Hummus w/ Oat Flour Tortilla Chips
- Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
- Students can bring their own aprons, or the instructor can provide them if necessary
