In this private 12 hour (8 sessions x 1.5 hours) class, you will learn how to create a 3D mixed media mural on a wooden base from scratch. Painting a mural involves similar steps to a regular painting, but at a larger scale. In this class, not only will you use paint, but other media as well (such as resin, glass, clay, and mirrors) to add dimension to your mural and make it as exciting as you wish.
Purvi Pamnani is a professional artist who will be your guide throughout this class. She will start off by teaching you how to plan and design your mural. After this, you will use up to 5 techniques and a variety of materials to generate different effects on your mural, enhancing its appearance as a whole.
You will learn the following techniques:
- Relief & different textures
- Glasswork & metalwork
- Resin
- Coloring
- Finishing & polishing
At the end of this course, you will leave with your beautifully painted and embellished mural that can be used as home decor.
Materials:
Students must bring their own materials. These materials can be easily found in any art supply store and you can also ask the instructor for recommendations.

Optionally, the materials can be provided by the instructor for use during the class for an additional fee of AED 350.
