Not only is maintaining work-life balance essential for good health, but it's also necessary for sustaining productivity at work.
This private, 3-hour coaching (3 sessions x 1 hour) aims to help you reprogram your lifestyle, learn how to balance your time, focus on important things, set accurate and achievable goals, and communicate better with colleagues at work and family at home to live the life you want. Coaching techniques will be used to change your mindset and help you:
- Envision the perfect personal balanced life
- Improve time management and understand the importance of prioritization
- Set goals and create a realistic plan to rebalance work and personal life
The first session will focus on exploring and goal-setting with an action plan. The second and third sessions are follow-up sessions to ensure you're on track to achieve your goals.
