1. History of Chinese Teas
• Ancient Beginnings: Learn about the origins of tea in China, dating back to the legendary Emperor Shen Nong.
• Cultural Significance: Explore how tea has been an integral part of Chinese culture, from ancient rituals to modern-day practices.
• Tea Trade: Understand the historical trade routes and how Chinese teas spread across the world.
2. Types of Chinese Teas
• Green Tea: Discover the fresh and delicate flavors of teas like Longjing (Dragon Well) and Bi Luo Chun.
• Black Tea: Dive into the robust and malty profiles of teas such as Keemun, Jin Jun Mei and Lapsang Souchong.
• Oolong Tea: Experience the complex and aromatic characteristics of Fujian’s famous oolong teas.
