Description:
Start a new hobby and a life skill all in one - swimming! Not only can you have fun but build resilience through this popular sport.
In this 1-hour lesson, you'll learn the basics and deepen your knowledge of swimming in a safe environment, guided by qualified instructors. You'll learn alongside other kids and practice your newly gained skills. Students will be put into different groups based on their age.
Choose between 4, 8 or 12 sessions. This class can be rebooked as many times as you want until you reach your desired goals.
What beginners will learn:
- How to move in the water
- How to submerge yourself in water
- Fundamental types of strokes
- Push and glide on top and in the water
- How to kick front and back
- Improving breathing and timing in the water
- How to combine movements in the pool
Materials:
- Students must bring their own swimming costume, goggles and swimming cap
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking
