Swimming is a great exercise for kids and adults alike. It helps improve stamina, builds endurance and improves cardiovascular fitness. Not only that, but it's also a basic survival skill that everyone must know!
This private, 1-hour class is perfect for first-time learners as well as people who want to either hone their swimming skills or simply develop them. Students will learn all the basics and more in this class with an experienced instructor.
Students can choose the sessions depending on their learning targets. Beginners who wish to start from the beginning and learn from the top can opt for the 12 or 16-sessions & students who just want to hone their skills can opt for the 8-session. For students looking to try out the class, you can opt for the 1-session package.
In this class for all levels, students will learn:
- Different strokes
- How to float (both sides)
- How to do catches
- How to do kicks
- Butterfly stroke
- Stamina and fitness training
About your instructor:
Coach Shabana is a certified swimming coach from the American Swimming Association. He has been a swimming coach for almost 12 years and was the head swimming coach at Al Azhar University swimming team for 4 years. He has helped them achieve many gold and silver medals. He was also the head swimming coach at a Swimming Academy in UAE for 2 years and the head swimming coach at a Sports Academy in the UAE. His passion is to make his students love & practice swimming and help build up students physically, psychologically and mentally.
