Looking for a workout that's a little bit different? Go against the grain with these kickboxing lessons!
Kickboxing is well known for strengthening self-control and focus, traits that can be taught through this disciplined sport. Learn every offensive and defensive technique in kickboxing, with the guidance of a qualified instructor. You'll improve coordination, balance, agility, and strength.
The class will be customized according to your prior experience and learning outcomes, with intermediate and more experienced kickboxers having the chance to refine their techniques.
Choose between 8, 10 and 12 sessions. Each private session is for 1 hour. This class can be rebooked as many times as you want until you reach your desired goals.
Beginners will learn:
- How to punch
- Strike and kick effectively
- Build up strength
- Coordinate their movements
