Gi Jiu Jitsu is grappling with the use of a traditional Gi (Jiu Jitsu uniform), which allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent. No Gi is grappling without the traditional uniform, instead, you wear a casual training outfit and a rash guard.

Learn how to apply joint twisting techniques, bottlenecks and personal defense, escapes, bearings, and body control techniques with the help of an experienced instructor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
Set in the comfort of your own home, you will learn the techniques of Jiu-Jitsu depending on your skill level in a private lesson. Although this class can be taken as a 1-on-1 with just you and the instructor, to get the full effect of the martial arts and learn it in its complete capacity, it is ideal to take the class with at least two people for sparring. You can choose between 5 or 10 sessions depending on your learning goals. Each session goes on for 1 hour.
* Instructor recommends Jiu Jitsu uniform, but if you don't have one you can wear shorts and t-shirt

* People with Heart Problems & High Blood Pressure are not allowed to take this class as the class can get very intense with heavy exercises, throws, and take-downs
