Expert instructor Someyah's boxing program is based on Tai Chi, an old Chinese martial art, which teaches you how to protect yourself with proper movements and channelling your energies, training both your physical and mental capabilities for self-defense and self-empowerment.
The standard private 8-hour program (8 sessions x 1 hour) is designed for students with prior experience in boxing, and includes:

- Breathing Techniques to increase Lung Capacity
- Act & React Methods
In order for you to be able to defend yourself, you need to know yourself and center your inner energies, learning the techniques to release them. Only thorough knowing your own anatomy and power, you would be able to defend your temple which is your body, not just reacting but acting to your opponent. By this method of boxing, you will tap into your real potential powers of body and mind. You can choose between 8 and 12 sessions for the full benefits of the program or a trial session, with each class running for 1 hour each.
