Swimming is a great exercise for kids. It helps improve stamina, builds endurance and improves flexibility & balance of the body. Not only that, but it's also a basic survival skill that everyone must know!
This private, 30-minute class is perfect for first-time learners as well as kids that want to either hone their swimming skills or simply develop them. Kids will learn all the basics and more in this class with an experienced instructor.
Kids can choose the sessions depending on their learning targets. Beginners who wish to start from the beginning and learn from the top can opt for the 12 or 16-sessions & kids who just want to hone their skills can opt for the 8-session. For students looking to try out the class, you can opt for the 1-session package.
In this class for all levels, kids will learn:
- Different strokes
- How to float (both sides)
- How to do catches
- How to do kicks
- Butterfly stroke
- Stamina and fitness training
About your instructor:
Coach Shabana is a certified swimming coach from the American Swimming Association. He has been a swimming coach for almost 12 years and was the head swimming coach at Al Azhar University swimming team for 4 years. He has helped them achieve many gold and silver medals. He was also the head swimming coach at a Swimming Academy in UAE for 2 years and the head swimming coach at a Sports Academy in the UAE. His passion is to make his students love & practice swimming and help build up students physically, psychologically and mentally.
