Kickboxing is well known for strengthening self-control and focus, traits that can be taught to kids through this disciplined sport. Learn every offensive and defensive technique in kickboxing, with the guidance of a qualified instructor. Your kids will improve coordination, balance, agility, and strength.
Choose between 8, 10 and 12 sessions. Each session is for 1 hour. This class can be rebooked as many times as they want until they reach their desired goals.
