Description:
Swimming is a skill for life! Those who have developed the skill need guidance & support to stay safe, & lifeguards are a key element in that support system!
This Beach lifeguard course spans 15 hours (3 sessions x 5 hours.) It certifies the participants that they have what it takes to save a life.

48 hours prior to course start with full refund
Age Requirements:
16 and older
Additional Info:
- Must be 16 years of age
- Must be able to swim continuously in 200min over 1.5m depth
- Perform a surface dive & recover 4kg weight in 5m depth
- Tread water for at least 10 minutes
- After successful completion of the program, students will receive Aqua Waves life guard certificate. This is recognized in the UAE from the UAE Swimming Federation
