During camp, girls will work on:

• Flexibility & stretching
• Jumps, balances & turns
• Apparatus technique
• Choreography & artistry
• Strength & physical preparation
• Coordination & musicality

The program is divided into Beginner, Advanced, and Competitive levels, so every gymnast trains in the right group for her level.
