This private, 5-hour coaching (5 sessions x 1 hour) is designed to take the guesswork out of starting your own business. The instructor will assist you in evaluating your business ideas so that you can focus on the most feasible one. You will also be guided through establishing an action plan to kick off the project by focusing on the following points:
- Understanding market competition
- Outline the market strategy that needs to be followed
- Legal procedures expected to start the project
- Fixed and operational costs expected for the project
- Project management and financing expected
