Detox with art! Join this Mandala & Mindfulness Art class to get a step by step guide to drawing freehand Mandalas.
This is a hands-on class where the instructor will guide you on how to achieve flow state whilst working on your art and also how to practice mindfulness so that this experience can be meditative and therapeutic for you.
You will learn to create 1 art piece. Projects can vary from making mandala art on blank canvases, blank greeting cards, ceramic plates to notebooks, etc. Completed artwork can also be used for personalized gifts.
This class is designed for small groups so that members can get the most out of this experience by feeling like they are in a relaxed atmosphere. This class welcomes both beginners and those with previous experience. At the end of the class, you will be able to take the pretty art you created back home.
