Transformations Institute is an international multiple award-winning institute, which specializes in hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, Coaching and an array of personal and professional development courses in Dubai. The company has been delivering applied positive psychology in the GCC for nearly 20 years.

The founders, Dr. Leila Edwards and Phil Edwards, lead the courses offered by the institute. Dr Leila Edwards is the Leader of the International Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. She is renowned for her success as a consultant psychotherapist, counselor, supervisor, and is an experienced trainer with academic and professional qualifications in the field of human development. 

Phil is a senior consultant with professional experience in learning, teaching, training, and management roles in the UK and the Middle East.  He specializes in learning skills development, accelerated learning, and maximizing human potential. This includes the implementation of effective systems and structures to support people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
