Sahar Sharif

Born and raised in a global mix of cultures, Sahar has worked in design, communications, and education. Her experience spans a number of diverse positions and projects in New York Seattle, Venice, Madrid and now Dubai. Cross-cultural exchanges and how culture affects our perceptions are some of her research interests. 

Her inspirations for her art projects can come from anything, even something as random as the shape of a bottle. But if one was to choose “tried-and-tested” inspirations, she would say Neon colors, traveling, art museums, people, and World music. Besides painting and designing, her other interests are traveling, new cultures, museums, kickboxing, ice-skating and a good debate over a hazelnut macchiato!
