Introduce your child to the amazing world of gymnastics!
Gymnastics is a fun, unique comprehensive sport that sets the foundation for all physical activities. It teaches kids how to effortlessly perform a range of gymnastics stances and even boost their self-esteem and physical wellbeing.
In this group class, kids will learn the core of gymnastics and will hone their existing physical abilities as the class progresses. Under the guidance of trained professionals, they will be introduced to all the apparatus and basic skills that are required in Artistic Gymnastics. Both complete beginners and intermediate gymnasts are welcome to sign-up for this class. Students can choose between 4, 8 or 12 sessions, each session running for 1 hour.

- Agility & Flexibility
- Strength & balance

All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking
Age Requirements:
4 - 16 years old
Additional Info:
- A one-time registration fee of AED 60 must be paid at the center
- The institute recommends committing to 2 sessions per week for significant progress
- Class location may change depending on the timeslot selected
