This class offers you 1-on-1 sessions that will set you up for amazingly evident results with a consistent commitment to the practice. Your instructor will tailor your yoga training according to your training needs and your preference.
This class is open for adults and the elderly of any age with or without previous yoga experience. You will be guided and motivated by an experienced yoga instructor who will keep you informed about your progress all the time. The class goes on for 10 sessions with 1 hour each. You can rebook the class as many times as you want until you've reached your desired health and body goals.
