Learn how to swim with a 'water safety and survival skills program'. The class is not just about learning how to swim. An experienced instructor will train you with exercise programs for weight loss. The exercise will also get your body ready to do intensive swimming programs in the water without harming your joints or muscles.
For those who have a fear of water, you will learn to overcome any type of water phobias. Since the class is taken in a private 1-on-1 session, you will be able to learn according to your skill level. Beginners will learn from basics while intermediate students can move to more advanced swimming strokes and techniques.
You can choose between 1, 5 and 10 sessions. Each session has 1 hour.
