Tailor-made practice sessions typically consist of Asanas (postures), breathing techniques and meditation. In these private sessions (1.5 hours each), the aim is not to quickly advance towards high-level Asanas or do as many postures as possible, instead, the primary target is to understand your body, connect your mind and body. It is said that changes start happening only after holding an asana for more than 1 minute and this is one of the main rules in this practice. Each session begins with a warm-up and basic Asanas before gradually moving on to more difficult postures (according to your level), and then slowly finishing off with relaxation.
Your instructor, Valeriia is a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and loves sharing her knowledge with everyone. She believes that yoga is not just a routine of morning exercises but a lifestyle and a philosophy for her. The sessions can be conveniently arranged at your home or any preferred location in Dubai.
