If you are looking for something more challenging than regular yoga, this class is the right choice for you. This session will teach you how to practice yoga on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rather than a yoga mat. This class is suitable for beginners and experts alike and takes place on the lovely warm waters of the Gulf.
The benefits of SUP yoga range from strengthening the core, improving your balance, and learning new techniques. All lessons are taught by qualified yoga instructors who have the required knowledge and experience.
