This course is designed for all level students and specifically for Yoga teachers who want to know a safe way to approx their students.
Learn the principles of hands-on adjustment. Discover the concept of Fascia, and the main techniques to provide a safe adjustment. Learn how to Modify practices in case of injuries. You will study basic yogic anatomy to facilitate the understanding of how the body works. This course will have a practical part where the students will be able to put in practice the learned concepts.
