Yoga anatomy is one of the most important and celebrated topics. In this course, you will be introduced to the basics of the Yoga Anatomy, and discover the musculoskeletal system in-depth, learn the function, location and insertion of the main muscles.
You will come to know how the body works, will discover the main joint actions, and how to adapt the practice in case of injuries. The course will be taught with different real anatomy models to facilitate the understanding of this interesting subject.
