Pranayama is one of the most important elements of the yoga system. Learn how to use and extend your breath along with different breathing techniques. You will experiment with the positive benefits that Pranayama can bring into your health. You will also study in-depth the Pranayama principles, the respiratory system and the diaphragm yogic breathing. Discover the three energetic and breathing channels, along with the theory and the practice of the main Pranayama techniques.
The students will become autonomous pranayama practitioners, able to define and practice their own breathing sequence.
