In Jivamukti Yoga, the focus is on the therapeutic benefits of different poses and the importance of being in harmony with the rhythm of the world and nature. Combining chanting, meditation, pranayama, vegetarianism, with Vinyasa flow asana, Jivamukti is a physically and intellectually stimulating yoga practice. Practitioners of all levels are welcome to be a part of this class.
