This private, 1-hour class is ideal for those with little to no experience in the water or for those looking to improve their techniques and learn new strokes. Important safety skills are included in the lessons.
Your instructor Ceejay is a professional swimming coach licensed by the American Swimming Coaches Association. He will work with you on a 1-on-1 basis to help you conquer your fear of swimming and introduce basics concepts of stroke techniques. During these lessons, you will grow to become more comfortable in the water, gain swimming endurance, and improve your speed along the way. You have the option to choose between 1, 5 or 10 sessions, depending on your goals and learning requirements.
* Students should bring their own swimsuit, goggles, swimming cap & optionally fins
