Whether you want to learn how to swim from scratch or you are preparing for competition as an experienced swimmer, this class is for you! Join this private swimming class and you will not just learn swimming but will also improve your fitness, flexibility, body strength and coordination skills.
Complete beginners will be trained on basic breathing techniques and swimming skills whereas experienced swimmers will focus on achieving the finest stroke techniques that can also help them win competitions.
Ideally, 12 sessions are needed for beginners to become able to swim with confidence. You can also book 8 sessions for a quick, shape-up for competitions. Each session takes 1 hour.
