Description:

Join this private training class to get specialized instruction from a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and attain your fitness goals.

  • Tailor-Made Personal Training Programme

The instructor will conduct a fitness assessment and advise the appropriate tailor-made training program. Choose 1 session to try out the class, 4 sessions to train once a week, 8 sessions to train twice a week, and 12 sessions to train three times a week. Each session lasts for 1 hour.

  • Students are recommended to wear comfortable workout clothes & sports shoes and bring water & a sweat towel

"Honestly the Best trainer in Dubai. He creates Effective Fitness training methods that will optimize your journey. He mixes Boxing and fitness exercises in his programs how fun is that! He Plans the program according to the clients needs and abilities. Punctual and pushes client to workout harder to achieve amazing results and body transformation.
