What is a "bums & tums" workout? It's a popular group exercise class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body. These classes are particularly popular with women who are keen to reduce fat in their problem zones and improve their overall body shape. Each class generally starts with a gentle warm-up and stretching exercises to get your body moving before the real workout commences.
