Volleyball is a fun, fast-paced exciting sport, for kids who love to run, jump and hit. For very young athletes, sports like volleyball will help them improve their focus, reaction speed, build a can-do attitude and develop teamwork.
In addition to this, it is also a no-contact, safe sport where they don't have to go against their opponents physically. Compared to other sports that use tools, contact with a ball without tools improves body control and synchronization in time and space which is really important for kids growing up.
Volleyball is also great for discipline and accuracy improvement: the actions, the performance and the attitude of one athlete has a big impact on the rest of the team, this push and motivate each player to be precise, disciplined and committed in order to positively contribute to the team-work.
The training program includes exercises for both body and mind development, with the purpose to facilitate a rapid and accurate decision process. The court also has a team of coaches fully prepared to take care of young athletes, with world-wide experience.
Materials:
- Students must have sportswear, sports shoes. Kneepads are optional.
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 6 months upon booking
Age Requirements:
6 - 12 years old

- For new students, a 100 AED registration fee is to be paid directly to the institute
