Description:

Let your kids learn how to hold a knife safely, whether it’s a big sharp chef’s knife or a dull butter knife – and you’ll feel confident that their fingers will be safe and will feel great about letting them help out in the kitchen too!

This 3-hour workshop will help kids master using the most important tool in the kitchen and also give them a practical life lesson for their culinary journey. Kids will learn the safest way to cut vegetables, fruits or any other ingredients and best practices to follow during food preparation.

Under the supervision of expert chefs, they will learn all about the different types of knives, cutting techniques and prepare 3 dishes using their newly acquired skills.

"Great instructor, very accommodating , approachable and friendly which helps you feel more engaged and confident. Great class that was substantial and long. Group size was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only feedback would be to do less in the class as we were making three dishes simultaneously which can get a bit confusing. "
