Under the guidance of Sahar, a professional artist, in this class you will be introduced to Picasso's color palette that he painted in from his 'Rose Period' to his 'Blue Period' and how he mixed his paints. Perfect for beginners and experienced artists, this is a colorful and fun art class to paint your own portrait!

Participants will take a selfie and pick a feature of their face they wish to enhance. From there, they will begin to create their own cubist portrait by understanding the asymmetry of this artistic style. After creating the sketch, you will prepare a canvas with white paint and newspaper set it to dry. The final part of the class will culminate in the creation of your portrait inspired by Picasso's cubist style of paintings.
