Beginners will start by learning basic painting techniques and patterns before creating their own designs and applying them to their fabric of choice (using fabric paint and textile colors). For advanced or advancing students the focus will be more on creating more sophisticated patterns, shading, grading, and color combinations.
Each class takes 2 hours and by the end of the first session, you will have completed 1 simple piece while in 4 sessions, you will be able to create 1-2 more advanced pieces and build up your knowledge of fabric painting.
About Luna:
Luna is a Vietnam born artist who has demonstrated extraordinary artistic talent since her childhood. She is skilled with many different canvases; be it paper, wood, using Acrylic or Oil paint. However, her specialty is colorful silk paintings for which she has developed her own technique by designing mesmerizing silk art and combining it with a unique style of hand embroidery.
