This famous Middle Eastern dance is known for working on the natural movements of the female body, assisting the muscle groups in the neck, spine, trunk, pelvis, and abdomen. Some of the typical routines you will train on in this class include rolls, pivots, chest movements, body vibration, hips accents and hip drops.
Upon booking, your instructor will place you in the right group based on your age and skill level. This class can be re-booked as many times as needed until you reach your required level of proficiency.
* Please wear comfortable attire with flexible fabric for this class, similar to what you would wear for a Yoga Class or to a Gym
* Your instructor can guide you on buying any additional props/costume if needed for the choreography
